Frequently Asked Questions About Our Services
Unique, industry-specific solutions
Can you integrate different brands of protection?
Yes. We integrate relays, UTRs, and protective equipment from brands such as GE, SEL, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, and others. We tailor each project to the client’s technical, budgetary, or regulatory requirements without compromising the system’s interoperability.
Do you also provide support and maintenance?
Yes. We offer specialized technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as service contracts that ensure the system’s operational continuity over time. We also provide remote or on-site support depending on the level of assistance required.
Can you modernize an existing substation?
Of course. We perform diagnostics and upgrades without having to replace the entire infrastructure. We integrate new technologies such as SCADA, UTRs, PMUs, and digital relays into existing facilities, improving their performance without interrupting operations.
Which regulations do your SAS systems comply with?
We operate in accordance with IEC 61850, IEEE, CFE V6700-62, and other national and international standards. This ensures compatibility with CFE specifications and those of private companies, as well as the technical validation of each installed component.
What is the typical delivery time for an SAS system?
It depends on the scope of the project, but our SAS systems are delivered under defined packages that include engineering, manufacturing, FAT, installation, and commissioning. We maintain clear timelines and deliver turnkey systems that are ready for operation.
